1. Introduction & Acceptance

Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on bba88, you must create a registered account. You may register one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must notify bba88 promptly if any of this information changes.

bba88 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bba88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are denominated in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bba88 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. bba88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where suspicious activity has been noted on the account.

bba88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees charged by your chosen payment method provider.

All transactions are subject to bba88's anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. Any transaction that bba88 reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bba88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

• A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by bba88's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received confirmation should be treated as void.
• bba88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet, market, or event at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds or prices (including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or typographical mistakes), bba88 reserves the right to cancel any affected bets and refund stakes. This right applies both before and after the event has taken place.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• For cricket markets, bba88 follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method rules for rain-interrupted matches. Specific cricket betting rules are available in the Sports Rules section of the Platform.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your BDT wallet promptly following official result confirmation. bba88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party result providers.

bba88 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or market at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the relevant event may have been compromised, or where placing or accepting the bet would violate applicable laws or regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bba88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to defraud bba88 or any other player, including through manipulation of game outcomes, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bba88.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other method designed to disguise your true geographic location, particularly where such use is intended to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bba88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content on the Platform without prior written permission from bba88.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bba88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of bba88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bba88.

The bba88 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of bba88. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. bba88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Where bba88's liability cannot be excluded by law, bba88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bba88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

13. Amendments to Terms
